General about Minicraft

Minicraft is a 2D top-down action game developed by Markus Persson, the creator of Minecraft. It was created in 48 hours as a part of the 22nd Ludum Dare competition, which requires game developers that enter the contest to make a game in that time frame based on a theme that is released just before the time starts. For this Ludum Dare, the theme was "Alone". The game was released on December 19, 2011. The mission in this game is to kill the "Air Wizard". To do that you first have to make weapons and make some food. Wood is one very important thing to have, its easy to get and is very useful. When starting you will be gain a random generated world. Persson tweeted on December 26, 2011, that he was working on Minicraft 2, but was planning on changing that interim title. When someone asked what type of game it would be in, he responded ("action roguelike with crafting and modifiable terrain."). On January 1, 2012, Persson announced via Twitter that the new title for the second to Minicraft was to be MiniTale. He also obtained "the .com and .net" URLs with the title to host the game on.

Energy bar

The energy bar is used when chopping wood, killing monsters etc.. When eating apples you will be gain more energy.

Mining stone, iron etc..: Stone can be found over the whole world. But to find iron you will need a lantern. The reason you need a lantern is because the only place you can find iron is down stairs. (Stairs can be found randomly over the whole world).

Farming wheat: To farm wheat you will need a shovel, hoe. Use the shovel to get seeds and the hoe to make the farm. (With the wheat you can make bread) 4 wheats = 1 bread.

General about PR2

PR2 or (Platform Racing 2) Is a online racing game. Where you can race with other players through Maps made by other players. The first player to reach the finish, will be awarded with EXP (Experience Points) . The 3 other players will also be awarded with EXP.. Just less than the winner. When getting enough EXP You will rank up/Level up. Each time you level up you will get 1 point, that point you can use to get better Speed, Acceleration, and Jump. The players also have the ability to forfeit a match with clicking the "Quit" Tab. There can be a maximum of 4 players in one game. There is also a level editor that allows the players to create their own maps.

Hats

One of the main goals is to collect the 9 Hats.

Levels and prizes

Prizes such as new hats and body parts can be won in races. It is only the winner of a 4-Player race who will win the prizes listed below. Different prizes are awarded in different levels.

It's New York!: Bird Body.

Roblox - Review by KriHol / Krister

Roblox is a massively multiplayer online game (MMOG) And is aged for children 7 and over. Players can create their own world's with with blocks of various shapes, size. Players can also make their own virtual character with diffrent hats, legs etc. When your on a world you can also chat with other virtual players.

Roblox was created by founder and co-founder David Baszucki and Erik Cassel in 2005, named after the words robots and blocks.

The Shop
In the shop you can buy different hats, clothing etc for your character. (Using tickets and robux) Tickets can be gained by other players visiting your created world, or as a daily bonus. To gain robux you will have to pay for something called Builder Club (BC). <- Costs real money.

Roblox has since 2005 been upgraded/updated, but it still got a problem with glitches, bugs, lagg etc. So you can still say its an in progress game.

The developer thought instead of making worlds that players had to play, the decided to let them create their own.

When creating an account in Roblox its no stress... Its quick and takes only about 5min. Players don't even need to put in their Email address, but if they do they can do things such as ( allow password retrieval and reward players with a ‘verified’ hat.) Players start with 10 tickets and are free to search for worlds (Or create your own) Roblox is made like a social place where players can add each other, leave messages on others profile page and even make their own group.
But the fun starts when you are clicking on the games tab on the top menu. But to play other players worlds you must download a Roblox browser. Once downloaded and installed this you can start joining and creating worlds.

Obby maps. Obby maps is when making a map full of obstacle and it is usually more than one team, this means that every time your completing a obstacle you will join the next team (automatic), and then the next and then so on til you have completed the map. At the end its usually a fun place with many weapons you can try out.

Arena games. Arena games is games where you are going to kill each other with different weapons. When you get killed you will spawn in your Team base. Players are able to leave and join when ever they want to.

Temple Run - Android Game

Temple Run is one of the most popular game on android at the moment. The game is about running, sliding, jumping, collecting and not getting killed by some crazy gorilla's with skull masks. you’ll have to jump over downed trees, slide under flaming hoops and choose your directions wisely unless you wanna be gorilla food.

You need to know that Temple Run is a game you can’t win, you can only hope to survive as long as possible. Usually, that would put us off a game after about 15 minutes of tearing out hair but that’s not the case here. Temple Run uses a system of reward points that can be redeemed for single-use items like an extra life, character power ups like invisibility or even entirely new characters. So, the only thing you wanna do is to keep collecting coins, and getting better items, and buying single-use items. You can earn power-ups to.

Ok, if i should mention on bad thing about this game, it need to be that you can buy coins. You can use real money to buy coins which you can earn much of in the game. if you’re a big enough sucker to pay for a cheat, you deserve to have you bank account drained. xD

TDP4 Team Battle - A review of Krister/KriHol

TDP4 Team Battle is a 2D RPG Combat game that is made by JavelinOU (Can be found on kongregate) In this 2D RPG game you will be going to fight against other online players in battles of Deathmatch, Team deathmatch and Capture the flag. You will be gain money by killing other players. With your money you can buy other weapons that i will come back to later. When you feel like wanna create a battle, just click "Create" (This will not work if you are a Guest)
If you just want to join a room just click on the room you wanna join and then click "Join"
If you click "Quick Play" It will find a match for you. And last, if you want to watch a battle you will have to click "Spectate".

New Super Mario Bros Wii!

Super Mario Bros Wii is an 2d platformer, it is very entertaining. Play with 3 of your friends on the same Wii. The story is pretty simple, the princess is taken by some small bowsers, you need to get her back. Nothing more, nothing less. There are 8 worlds in total. For each world, it is placed one small tower, and 1 "Boss" tower. You can only save for each tower you win. That kinda sucks, but it makes it more important to finish more levels..

There are 8 different maps:

1: Normal One

2: Desert

3: Ice

4: Beach & Underwater

5: Jungle

6: Mountainy

7: Sky

8: Vulcano

There are 4 different characters to choose from: Mario, Luigi, yellow and blue Toad. There are different bosses for each of the maps. You can find yoshi's to.

When you are playing, you can find and earn power-ups, like penguin suit, or helicopter suit..

So, i have this game personally, and i think it's great! The graphics are great, and the gameplay! But since the saving is so wierd, i will need to remove 1 point for that.. So, New Super Mario Bros Wii get 9/10 from me!

Runescape 2012 Review - By Krister

Runescape has become a worldwide game since it release in 2004. Beta release was in 2001. This game was a very good idea with its 24 skill and many bosses it started to climb to the top of the mmoprg list. but started to go down again after 2008, that's because of all the bad updates. everyone just wanted the old runescape back, but it will never happen... i dont think so. (Do you want the old runescape back? Click this link -> http://www.rs2006.net/ This is a remake of the old rs.) Anyways (Back on topic) this is a very adventure full game with its many towns and places. Varrock, falador, lumbridge is some of them.. After creating a account you will spawn in Lumbridge (the start town) after that you can start creating weapons (With mining and smithing) Or Getting food with fishing.. Now that you have become a real Runescaper you can start making money and have fun with your friends! i warn you guys.. Armour is all that matters on runescape... Well.. Good luck with the game!

When creating a account on Runescape you have to change your Hair style, Hair colour, Legs, Legs colour and much more...

All F2P skills:

Attack: Attack is a skill that gives you the ability to use better weapons like dragon, rune etc... It also makes your chance to hit more than 0 better.
Level: 1 : Iron and bronze, 5 Steel, 10 Black, 20 Mithril, 30 adamant, 40 Rune, 60 Dragon etc..

Strenght: strenght is a skill that makes your ability to hit more than 0 sick more,

Defence: Defence is a skill that makes you the ability of using better armour such as bronze, iron, steel, black etc..

Ranged: Ranged makes you ability to use bows and arrowns. The higher level you are in ranged the better you hit with bow and arrow.

Magic: Magic makes you the ability of casting spells, to cast spells you will need runes. (Example : Air strike = Air rune and Mind rune. If you are using a Fire, air, earth or water staff you dont need to buy any of those runes.. that means that you have no limited with runes of that type.

Prayer: to increase your prayer level you will need to kill example a man and take his bones, after that you will have to burry the bones and you will get 4 exp. Prayer is a verry needed skill, it makes you the ability to use example protect of magic, ranged and melee..

Runecrafting: when your going to train this skill you will need to do a quest (Rune Mysterious) After that you will need a talisman and some rune essence, that can be gain by mining them. to do that you will need to ask the man in the magic store to teleport you.

HP: The HP level makes your ability to have more health. You will get HP exp of using Att, str, def, ranged and other combat skills.

crafting: Crafting is a skill that is trained by making Leather gloves, Boots and other crafting things..

Mining: Mining is a skill that is trained by mining rocks like : Copper, tin (Level 1) Iron (level 15) Coal (Level 30) etc..

Smithing: Smithing is trained by making bars and weapons. To make a bar you will need : Bronze bar = 1 Copper and 1 tin, Iron Bar = 1 iron ore, etc..

Fishing: Fishing is a skill that makes your ability to fish fishs: Like : salamon, pike, trout etc..

cooking: To train your cooking level you can example cook something.. like a fish or something, or make breads and pies etc..

WoodCutting: Woodcutting is a skill that is trained by Cutting down trees.. its a verry good way to make money on.

Firemaking: firemaking is a skill (Pointless xD) that is trained by making fire of the logs you are cutting (WoodCutting)

Grand exchange is a store where you can put in stuffs like bronze dagger etc.. And then other online users can buy them..
Wilderness is a place where its possible to kill each other (PVP) Player(s) vs player(s)
Duel arena is a place where you can fight with 1 vs 1 player.

Terraria

Terraria is a 2d multiplayer/singleplayer game with many features. There are many different bosses to fight against, before you can do that, be sure to create good weapons! :) The game was given out by Re-Logic. Terraria are based on adventure, exploring, building and fighting! There are so many things you can do and find in the game.

When you first start a account, you can log into multiple worlds with the same account, like, if you find much good items on one world, you can bring them to another, or you can put them in a chest in one world.

When you first start the game, you will start with your guide, who tells you everything you will need to know in the start. The first thing all Terraria members have done, is to chop down a tree :P

While you are exploring and playing Terraria, you can build houses for NPC's. They will allow you to buy and sell you items.  The first NPC who will come to your world is the Merchant. To get these NPC's to your world, you will need to have done something, or have something. Like, if you want your Merchant to come, you will need to have collected 50 silver coins, 1 silver coin is 100 copper coins. You can earn this money by killing monsters and finding them in dungeons in chests.

Adventure, that is the one important thing to do in Terraria, an adventure is always fun. Even if you have explored the whole map, you can just make a new one, and log into it with the same user.

The gameplay is addictive, once you have played an hour of it, and then it is 90% chance that you are addicted! Umm, not so much, but you know what i mean. The game gets 10/10 in gameplay!

And the graphics are pretty much simple, but anything else, have been looking horrible! The graphics are actually damn good. I would give that 10/10 to, you know it when you see it!

Overall, this game gets 9.5/10 from me.

Call of duty: Black Ops Zombie

"Call of duty: black ops zombie" is a very popular game mode, it is the newest zombie mode in the call of duty series. The zombie mode is very fun, you earn points, or money to buy better weapons, to survive more waves. The waves are endless, you play until your dead. The funny thing is you can see how long you come up on the highscore list.

You can play solo, or multiplayer online or offline, you can play with up to 3 more players, but it will be harder then. The more players you are in one match, the harder it is. The most easy way to get to an high wave or level is to play solo. But it's more fun with more players!

You can buy more maps for the zombie mode. Via. playstation store, you can buy much more maps to play. But personally i think the first one (Kino Der Toten) was the best one.

"Moon", is a very cool map, you are replaced on the moon to destroy all the zombies. The gravity is much smaller, so you fly when you jump. There is a guy who always is trying to kill you, but you can't kill him. You will need to collect more points, to open new doors. I'm sorry, but you will need to pay even more money to buy the map to play it. It isn't that much money for me, but who knows? Everyone isn't rich like me, nah, just joking :)

I would rate this gamemode like 9/10.
